Lending Club, a company which operates a peer to peer lending marketplace, recently offered a 1.5% cash bonus on any new investments for investors that chose to deposit their tax refund into their Lending Club account. The offer expires on April 23rd, but that there are still opportunities for you to get a bonus when moving money into Lending Club in the future.
In order to qualify for the offer, Lenders received an email informing them of the availability of the bonus. If you didn’t get the email and still want to participate, you might be well served to contact the company’s investor services department to see if you can participate in the bonus. In the most recent offer that Lending Club offered, investors that put in an additional $2,500-$14,999 will receive a 1% bonus and investors that put $15,000 o more in will receive a 1.5% bonus. Participating investors will receive their bonuses on May 12th. In order to receive the bonus, you have to click on a link in the email that they send you.
Although it’s probably too late to get in on the current round of bonuses, keep your eyes peeled for emails from Lending Club in the future, because they generally tend to do these sorts of offers every few months.
